I didn’t join WILDFIT believing it would change my life. Like many busy professionals, I approached it with curiosity—but also skepticism.
At the time, I had been diagnosed with 5 cm gallstones, and surgery seemed like the only option. But after 90 days of following the WILDFIT principles, a follow-up test revealed that my gallstones had reduced to 2.7 cm—without surgery, special foods, or supplements.
That experience completely changed the way I understood health.
Just as surprising was what happened to my relationship with food. The cravings that once felt impossible to control—French fries, soft drinks, and chips—disappeared. Not through willpower, but because my body finally returned to its natural rhythm.
That was the moment I became convinced of something powerful:
The body has an incredible ability to heal when given the right environment and nourishment.
After completing the program, I knew this wasn’t just a personal transformation—it was a calling.
My deeper “why” comes from my mother, who passed away from breast cancer at the age of 54. Her journey opened my eyes to how important it is for people to understand their health earlier in life.

Following a challenging experience with COVID in September 2021, I developed a fear of cardiac arrest that prevented me from exercising. As a result, I succumbed to cravings and engaged in binge eating, which led to significant weight gain. My energy levels have plummeted, I struggle to get adequate sleep, and I experience aches in my neck, back, and knees, attributed not only to my weight but also to the natural aging process.
In January 2023, I embarked on the WILDFIT® program, and within just three months, I felt as if I had awakened to a new world. I experienced a surge of renewed energy, enjoyed restful sleep, achieved mental clarity, and found relief from pain. This transformative experience inspired me to become a Certified WILDFIT® Coach and pay it forward to others.

Like many busy professionals, I believed I was doing the right things for my health. I tried calorie restriction, strict meal plans, and intermittent fasting, yet I kept falling into the same cycle of losing weight and gaining it back. At my heaviest, I reached 92 kg, placing me in the Obese II category, and eventually developed GERD, anxiety, high cholesterol, and rising blood pressure.
My turning point came one night when I had to rush myself to the emergency room while my wife was traveling for work. I had no one to leave my young daughter with, so she came with me. During that quiet drive, she sat beside me in silence. In that moment, I realized my health was no longer just about me.
A colleague introduced me to WILDFIT®, and for the first time, everything about cravings, metabolism, and nutrition finally made sense.
Living the program, I lost over 20 kg and restored my health. But what moved me most was seeing the ripple effect. My family applied the same principles and experienced breakthroughs: my mother stopped taking cholesterol medication, a relative lost 20 kg in three months, and my wife released excess belly weight, eliminated carpal tunnel pain, and we were blessed with another pregnancy after years of trying.
That experience showed me something powerful: when one person restores their health, an entire family can change.
That is why I became a WILDFIT® Coach. Today, my mission is to help others reclaim their health, break free from the cycle of dieting, and build stronger, healthier families for the next generation.
